TopsOnline Shipping Information
TopsOnline ships to customers around the world. We ship via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. We provide tracking numbers to our customers once the order ships, via email. Please keep the following information in mind:
- Customers outside the United States may incur import duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees when receiving their order from TopsOnline. These expenses are based on your countries import laws; TopsOnline has no control over them. You are solely responsible for paying any and all import duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees when receiving your order. TopsOnline does not provide estimates of such costs and such costs are NOT included in the Shipping charge for your order.
- If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, please TAKE PICTURES of the outside of the box from every angle which might show the damage. If you find damage to your product once you open the box, please IMMEDIATELY contact TopsOnline at customerservice@topsonline.com, so that we can help get your damaged item replaced as quickly as possible for you.
