We offer this replacement Headliner in Original Dark Charcoal BMW foam backed cloth and also in Non-original Black foam backed cloth as a less expensive alternative. Both Headliners are made with factory style Acoustic padding sewn on the Headliner. You can re-use your existing Headliner if it is in good shape.
Headliner cover doesn't include Quarter Plastic Trims, you can re-use your existing Quarter Plastic Trims if they are in good shape or purchase them separately.
